Assuming you are not a minor - this would be extremely weird for a minor to be posting.
If you want to draw porn, then do it. You can get better at anatomy very quickly by drawing porn. Most people will either not care or support it. Most of my family and nearly all of my friends know about my art and they’ve been very supportive of it. This won’t be the case for everyone.
If it is something you’d like to pursue then do it. Don’t feel pressured into it - especially by strangers. Maybe just keep it to yourself if you don’t feel comfortable sharing it.
Again, this is all assuming you’re not a minor. If you are a minor, you shouldn’t post stuff like this.
